For the third consecutive year, Mainline DynoLog Dynamometers are once again the official dyno suppliers for the Summernats 27 Horsepower Heroes competition.
Mainline will be supplying and operating, two twin retarder XPC2200 model chassis dynamometers that have been specifically designed specifically for the Horsepower Heroes competition. These limited edition dynamometers feature multiple traction enhancing devices not normally available on their mainstream models.
Horsepower Heroes is expanding this year. With a resurgence of Horsepower cars, further categories have been added. The competition categories will be 4 cyl, 6 cyl and 8 cyl for both Aspirated and Forced Induction engines.
Of course there is still the “Dyno Test Clinic” for those who don’t want to compete, but just want a run on the dyno. Register by making your way to the Dyno Cell as soon as you get on site and talk to the guys from Mainline DynoLog Dynamometers. Spots are limited, so be quick!
