LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION

Performance-Wise warrants all products sold by Performance-Wise to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product.

If a product is found to be defective by Performance-Wise, in its sole discretion, Performance-Wise’s only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Performance-Wise will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product.

This warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law.

  1. The warranty applies only to Performance-Wise products purchased direct from Performance-Wise or from Authorized Performance-Wise Dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only.
  2. All products returned to Performance-Wise for warranty inspection must have a completed copy of  RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) FORM accompanying returned item/s which can be downloaded from our site. Ship products freight prepaid and insured. Performance-Wise assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  3. Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
    1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
    2. Damage caused by improper mounting, adjustment, fitting or instalation.
    3. Normal wear and tear.
    4. Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
    5. Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives or glues.
    6. Damage caused by use on non-Performance-Wise hardware for mounting or instalation.
    7. Damage to Performance-Wise products caused by non-Performance-Wise products.
    8. Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages
  4. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing by Performance-Wise.
  5. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
  6. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
  7. Burton product is not covered by any verbal warranties.
