You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without Performance wise and associates prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

 

PRICES
All prices listed in our website, advertisement and/or catalog includes shipping & handling charges within Australia. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Performance wise and associates shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Performance wise and associates shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If you havesent payment for the purchase and your order is canceled, Performance wise and associates shall immediately issue your paypal account or bank account with a full refund.

 

WARNING
All parts sold by Performance wise and associates except for street legal/DOT approved parts, are racing parts for off road use only. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting the vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Performance wise and associates shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. Performance wise and associates shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. We recommend installtion of all parts to be carried out by a qualified, trained professional. Performance wise and associates will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or extended delays for backorder items. Performance wise and associates shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.

 

CANCELLATIONS
Any order which is cancelled with Performance wise and associates after 24hrs from placement of order to the time of shipment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% (five percent).

 

REJECTION OF GOODS
As soon as the goods are delivered to Buyer, he shall inspect them. Notice in writing must be given within five (5) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within five (5) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.

 

CLAIMS
Claims for defective goods, shortages, delays, or failures in shipment or delivery, or for any other cause, shall be deemed waived and released by Buyer, unless made in writing within five (5) days after the arrival of the goods.

 

RETURNS
It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part. All items returned are subject to a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on ignition systems, computers, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders and custom orders. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. If Performance wise and associates does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days after date of invoice. It is the customers responsibility to contact Performance wise and associates within this time period to be eligible for a return.

REFUNDS
A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned to Performance wise and associates. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders placed by paypal will be refunded to the same paypal account only. All other non-paypal orders will be refunded by either bank deposit or money order. Refused shipments sent back to Performance wise and associates do not constitute a refund or credit. Performance wise and associates reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 15% restocking fee.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders outside of Australia must be paid in full by paypal only before any order will be processed. All foreign orders are final. No returns will be accepted, therefore it is the buyers responsibility to order the correct part. Performance wise and associates does not guarantee proper fitment for buyers foreign vehicle as all parts sold by Performance wise and associates are mostly made for the Japanese domestic market.
The prices on the site include the product cost and the cost for shipment to your location. Any additional taxes or duty applicable on entry to your country is your responsibility and we recommend you familiarize yourself with these possible costs before making your purchase.

 

WARRANTY
All products sold by Performance wise and associates are only subject to the manufacturers warranty.
Manufacturer warranty will not be honoured if the customers mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect.
